What Arrow Dash collects, why it collects it, and how to get rid of it.
Arrow Dash is a puzzle game published by Innovative Devs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you play. It covers the Android app distributed through Google Play and nothing else.
The short version: the game is fully playable without an account, and everything about your progress lives on your phone until you choose otherwise. What leaves your device does so because you asked for a leaderboard, a multiplayer match, a cloud backup, or a prize — plus advertising, which is how the game is paid for.

Your unlocked levels, coins, stars, hint tokens, sound and vibration settings, chosen language and board skin are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere unless you sign in for cloud save. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
This is the part worth reading twice. When you clear a level, set a weekly challenge time, or play a rated multiplayer match, your display name, avatar, country flag and result are written to a leaderboard that every other player can see. Your email address, phone number and Google account are never shown on a board.
If you would rather not appear, do not enter the weekly challenge or multiplayer, and pick a display name that does not identify you. You can change your display name once from the Settings screen.
Arrow Dash shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner on some menu screens, an occasional full-screen ad between levels, and optional rewarded video you choose to watch to enter the weekly challenge.
To do this, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and information about how you interact with ads. We do not receive or store that data ourselves — it is handled by Google under Google's own privacy terms.
You control this at the device level: in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads you can delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation. Doing so does not remove ads from the game, but makes them non-personalised.
If you allow notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to tell you when a new weekly challenge board opens or when another player is looking for a match. We do this by publishing to a general topic that subscribed devices receive — we do not build a list of who to message, and we do not use notifications for third-party advertising.
Turn them off any time from the game's Settings screen, or from Android's own notification settings for Arrow Dash.
Each week there is one challenge board, and the fastest player may win a cash prize. If you win and decide to claim it, we ask for a WhatsApp number so we can reach you and arrange payment.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. It is handled by these service providers on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate cheating, fraudulent prize claims or abuse of the service.
Our Firebase services store data on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country, including in the United States. By using the game you understand your information is transferred and processed there under Google's infrastructure safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold, and to object to some processing. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Deleting your leaderboard entries removes your ranking history and cannot be undone.
Arrow Dash is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The weekly challenge cash prize is intended for adults; we may require proof of age before paying a prize. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic between the game and our services is encrypted in transit. Access to leaderboard and claim records is restricted by server-side security rules and limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please choose a display name you are comfortable being public.
If we change how the game handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
