Privacy Policy
Arrow Dash · Last updated 19 August 2026
This policy explains what Arrow Dash collects, why, and what you can do about it. Arrow Dash is published by META FUTURES ENTERPRISE (“we”).
The short version: the game is fully playable without an account, without a name, and without a network connection. Data is collected only where a feature genuinely needs it — leaderboards need a name, cloud save needs an identifier, and free play is funded by ads.
What we collect
| Data | Why | When |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous account identifier | Owns your saved progress and your leaderboard rows | Created automatically on first launch |
| Display name, country, avatar | Shown next to your times on public leaderboards | Only if you choose them; the screen is skippable |
| Level times, progress, coins, ratings | Leaderboards, cloud save, versus matchmaking | As you play |
| Phone number | To pay a weekly challenge prize | Only if you win and choose to claim |
| Advertising identifier, device and usage data | Serving ads, and measuring them | Collected by Google AdMob while ads are shown |
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your email address, password, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data. There is no account to create and no password to forget.
Public information
Leaderboards are public to other players. Anyone signed in can see the display name, country, avatar and times of everyone on a board — that is what a leaderboard is. Choose a name you are comfortable being seen.
Your phone number is never public. It is readable only by you and by us, and is used solely to arrange payment of a prize you won.
Advertising and tracking
Arrow Dash shows ads supplied by Google AdMob.
iOS will ask whether you allow tracking. You may say no, and the game is identical either way — you will still see ads, they will simply not be personalised. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Who processes your data
- Google Firebase — anonymous sign-in, leaderboards, cloud save, versus matches, remote settings. Firebase privacy
- Google AdMob — advertising. Google privacy policy
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services above.
How long we keep it
Progress and leaderboard entries are kept while the game runs, so records stay comparable over time. Prize claim details are kept only as long as needed to pay the prize and meet our accounting obligations, and are then deleted.
Your choices
- Play without identifying yourself. Skip the profile screen and no name or country is ever stored.
- Play offline. The campaign and the weekly challenge work with no connection; only shared features need one.
- Reset local progress in Settings.
- Request deletion. Email [email protected] and we will delete your account data, including leaderboard rows and any prize claim. Anonymous accounts are not tied to an email address, so please send the request from the device concerned or include your player name.
- Turn off personalised ads in iOS Settings, as above.
Children
Arrow Dash is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including the UK and EEA under GDPR, and California under the CCPA — you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, note it in the app.
